Herewith we are happy to inform you that the above mentioned abstract is accepted as a poster presentation during the 16th ISoP Annual Meeting (ISoP 2016) in Agra, India (16-19 October 2016) and will be published in Drug Safety, ISoP official journal.
More information is to be mailed to you or can be found at http://www.isop2016agra.org/scientific-program later in September where you will also find the day(s) your poster presentation is scheduled for. Please do not forget to register for the conference. Unfortunately, the society can not offer support for your attendance to the conference.
Poster Specifications & Guidelines
Posters must be designed to fit a 0.90 meter by 1.20 meter high poster board. The corresponding number of the poster boards can be obtained from the abstract book, which will be handed to you at the registration desk. Please note this number may be different from your abstract number. Material for mounting posters will be available. Presenters are encouraged to supply handouts and display contact details for participants.
Registration
Presenters are required to register for the meeting. An online meeting registration form and updated conference information are posted on the conference website.
You are encouraged to register before 31 July 2016 to obtain Early Bird dates and to make your visa and hotel arrangements as soon as possible (International delegates will require travel visas to enter India – a letter of invitation to support your visa application will be issued after your registration).
Acceptance
Please indicate your acceptance by replying this e-mail as soon as possible or at least
before 31 July and confirm that you have sufficient funding to cover your registration fee, flight tickets, accommodation and other expenses during your stay.
